Question: People have asked me "What is the difference between this and other religions?"

Answer: These other religions are fascinated by death.

Why do you want to be fascinated with a religion dedicated to death?

You can be like the trees, they don't know how to die, it never enters into their minds.

Why are you following a religion of death?

Follow one of life. Can you show me an aboriginal graveyard before the cultural colonisation? You can't because our ancestors didn't die, they ascended or became one with life.

Choose you this day which one you will follow.

Welcome

Come to Australia and smell the freshness of the AIR.

Welcome to Australian Indigenous Religions (AIR) website, I am Dr Scott Peterson, I am a senior elder. Over the last 200 years we have seen an influx of religions replacing the traditional religions of our ancestors.

When Australia was beginning to be colonized, no one ever asked How did you live for over 12,000 years without disease, war, famine or clothes?

The answer to these questions is simple!

  1. Our life is our language
  2. Our emotions are our words
  3. Our feelings are our morals and ethics
  4. Our world is our truths
  5. The paths we walk are the paths of our ancestors
  6. We always know where we are going because we never know of any animal that got lost.

If you feel that any of these things feel right for you?

Come and join us!

I am a seventh generation Australian.

My ancestors had a unique religion that has existed for more than any other recorded, our religion is as unique as our plants and wildlife.

This is a religion for australian's by Australian's, no imports.

Travel in safety as a member of the AIR.

The traditions in Australia can be found in the earlist civilizations, this has been the quest of all societies, the question of "Who Am I?", "Why Am I here?", "What is my purpose in life?".

It is only when these questions can be answered, can a society advance.

You can read about the sons of Light: "Sons Of Light"

Aboriginal Australians, depicted prominently in rock art in northwestern Australia the faces of the Gods who help them after the great flood.

These Gods have no mouths as they are not interfering with the free will of the people, no commandments or laws, just setting an example on how to do things.

Some of the artwork in the Kimberley region of Western Australia dates back to approximately 4,000 years ago. Another closely related spirit entity is the creator being Wunngurr, a being analogous to the Rainbow Serpent in other Aboriginal peoples' belief systems, but with a different interpretation.

We celebrate these Gods, known to us as the "Sons of Light".

Wandjina were the inspiration for a 1966 children's fantasy television series, Wandjina, produced by ABC Television in 1966.

Wandjina! was an Australian children's science fantasy television series produced by ABC Television and first aired in 1966. Its story, inspired by Dreamtime mythology of the spirit ancestors of the Kimberley region of north-West Australia, was about three teenagers caught up in an adventure linked to local sacred Aboriginal cave paintings of the Wandjina — the "people from the sky" who visited long ago, in the Dreamtime.

You can read about the Ancestors: "Our Ancestors" 

This is the history of our Ancestors, how they came into being, their Dreamtime and their wisdom.

Our Ancestors were born here as the Sons and Daughters of the Ancient of Days.

We have lived in harmony with this land for more than 40,000 years.

Our ancestors became part of our land as its caretakers and teachers.

The Ancient of Days the Great spirit of the creation, created this world from his own knowing, everything was brought into being exactly the way he saw it to be.

All things were made in the image and likeness of the creator, what ever he could see them to be, they became.

All things have their will in their own existence, nothing that was made was to serve the creator, each having their own freedom of being within the laws of their existence.

If you can see something in your mind, you can create it in reality, that is the abilities given to all of us, what the creator is, we are.

Life can only come from life, it has to follow the laws of it own creation to fully enjoy its existence.

You can never take this away, once it is given it can never be returned for it is the same as the creater.

This is a story of how the world was created.

You can read about the creation of the Animals: "Creation of the Animals; 

When the Ancient of Days used the Great Spirit to create all the animals, he gave them jobs to do to protect us from harm.

Some of these things are not so obvious, but the bee is an example of how the world is used to create our food, medicine and lights.

The Great spirit used his own abilities through holding in his mind an image of what he wanted to created and made it a reality.

Our Ancestors left this world without dying, from the time they were born until the time of their ascension it could have taken them more than 200 years.

Our ancestors talk to us through our ceremonies and meditations that we perform when we go on a walkabout.

Our Ancestors are not visible to our normal eyes, they have to be seen with our spiritual vision.

When you are in harmony with them, that is that you have lifted your spirit to their level, you can walk and talk with them.

The wisdom and knowledge they bring to our lives is straight from the Great Spirit.

We have not had a written history because it was the requirement of all people to be able to talk to the ancestors and write the information on their own soul, then begin to learn how to use it.

This is the story about how our elders became our Spiritual Guides.

This is the story how when we perform our ceremonies the whole universe opens up to our spiritual vision and we can learn for our ancestors, the graet spirit and the ancient of days.

You can read about our ceremonies: "Our Ceremonies" 

When we perform our ceremonies we invite the spirit of our ancestor, the great spirit and the ancient of days to come and be with us.

When they come to be with us, our world opens into their world and we become one with each other.

We can know about the continuation of our lives through thos who have gone before us, this gives us a chance to re-unite with our lost family members for a short period of time.

We cannot enter into this world until we have completed the requirements for us to exist there, but we can be reminded of what awaits us if wqe are dedicated to becoming like them.

Our ceremonies have been handed down to us for generations by those who have succesfully become our ancestors, they are like our fairy tales, fables and doctrine.

When we have learnt our ceremonies we will be able to pass from this world to the next without experiencing death..

This is why the Australian Indigenous Religions (AIR) is taught to every generation, the stability of the human mind allows man to be free to develop his highest and greatest expression of who we are.

This world is full of symbols, languages, buildings and religions that testify to the success of the Indigenous way of life.

From early times they tell of how mankind has used the Dreaming to beautify and build a paradisical world.

It is people before everything else, before any title, status, or wealth. If you become a complete person, all these things will naturally come to you, because nature recognises its own.

Welcome to Australian Indigenous Religions (AIR), I am Snr Elder Dr Scott Peterson.

This Australian Indigenous Religions (AIR) is a "Life" Mission, 'Life' .

The Australian way of life is one of respect for the family, the individual and the environment.

Let me remind you of something "You become what you are currently taught and guided by", who is teaching and guiding you?

Let's start from the beginning "In the 'beginning' (not a time but a place, remember God is timeless) God created the heavens and the earth: Genesis 1:1

For many ages Australia was like a garden paradise, but the great flood came and burried everything,

"Australia as Eden" .

Why Join Us?

"If any of these words resonate with you, and you feel a sense of relief?".

In Australia we have a completely different culture, morals and ethics that have developed over the last 40,000 years before colonization, but no one ever stopped to ask us how we were able to maintain such a stable society that had no war, disease or social crimes, in a country that has the harshest environment in the world.

It is based on the respect of the individual as an essential element of our society, we prefer to develop a child to become the best member of the society.

The environment to us is a self-learning centre of our community, without it no one survives.

Thousands of deaths occur each year in Australia and other countries due to unfamiliar journeys into the natural world.

Ask yourself, “If you ever got lost, in a shopping centre, carpark, city or country, who do you turn to?”

This is a way of life that is dedicated to making you the best possible person you can be.

Join us now, together we can explore all these possibilities in an interesting manner.

Who are we?:

What is the “ Dreaming ”?

What is the dreaming, some say it is like imagination, visions, or intuition. It is a method of obtaining enlightenment, it guides the seeker to some point of illumination.

It is a method to hide yourself away from society in order to contemplate problems, crisises, or experience hightened immagination.

It is a trip to someones elses mind, to help bring answers to questions, or experience different realities.

By learning the technique of the Dreaming you can use it automatically when faced with things that require an answer or offer a solution.

How can you prepare yourself to understand the dreaming as it is a place where you must make the first move and you must prepare yourself to receive an answer.

It is a place of right ideas, even though you cannot see anything now, you must believe that the dreamtime has prepared a way for you.

This is how you can prepare yourself for the dreaming in 13 easy steps.

  1. ACKNOWLEDGE - that the Dreaming exists.
  2. BE WILLING - to work with the Dreaming, you have to give of yourself, free yourself from doubts and fears.
  3. HUMBLE UP - and dont be arrogant.
  4. RECOGNIZE - the various way that the Dreaming presents to you.
  5. PAY ATTENTION - to the little things around you, and inside of you.
  6. IMAGINE - how you can use the Dreaming.
  7. FORGET PROOF - it won't help you become more aware of the Dreaming.
  8. ACCEPT THE UNKNOWABLE - that's where mystical Dreaming lies.
  9. ACCEPT YOURSELF - as an aspect of the Dreaming.
  10. CLEAR THE BLOCKAGES - that are stopping you from using the Dreaming.
  11. STEP OUT OF FEAR - fear is the biggest obstacle to the Dreaming.
  12. SURRENDER - change only comes when you can be willing to Dream.
  13. OWN IT - take ownership of your Dreaming.

Five steps to tap into your dreaming!

  1. Stop
  2. Listen
  3. Ask
  4. Trust
  5. Follow

You don't need to meditate to access yor Dreaming. All you need to do is to “ Stop ”?.

Stop asking questions and listen.

Stop Asking, the Dreaming know before you ask and it will honor you with what is given.

You don't have to believe in it as it defies all logic.

When you have a dream, do you trust where it is leading you?

HIDDEN KNOWLEDGE - Our customs, traditions, culture and beliefs consists of more than ceremonies and artworks, but a much deeper understanding of life, its creation and its importance to the existence of our people.

For generations we have hidden the things of value to us, during the vast ages of time we have dedicated ourselves to developing the power of the spirit.

It is not known exactly how long we lived for.

We know that if you live for the now, that there is no time to age us, because we are not living in the past or living in the future, everything is here and now, there is no place to die to go to.

We thank you for joining us.

Our Values

The Doctrine of the Ancient Light: "We, the followers of the Ancient of Days and the Sons of Light, believe in the eternal wisdom that guides all creation. Our purpose is to seek unity with nature, honor the teachings of enlightenment, and foster a community of compassion and understanding. We recognize the light within ourselves and each other, striving to walk paths of kindness, knowledge, and truth."

It is based on the respect of the individual as an essential element of our society, we prefer to develop a child to become the best member of the society.

The tradional culture, philosophies and teachering remind us that the Great Spirit is neither male nor female but the makers of both. Some refere to God as a Man, some refer to God as a woman.

This causes great division among people, without one or the other our world would cease to exist because everything in the world follows us as human,

Nothing in this world was ever created without a union, oxygen and hydrogen make water. Nothing, not even rock to animal can exist with some form of union.

When we respect and value these differences we can create anything within the world and have it continue as an inheritence for our children.

Membership

Why become a member?

The Australian way of life is one of respect for the family, the individual and the environment.

It is people before everything else, before any title, status, or wealth. If you become a complete person, all these things will naturally come to you, because nature recognises its own.

If you find that you get lost easily.

You have a craving for natural foods?

You have a desire to experience the country?

You have a need for other people to like and admire you, and tend to be critical of yourself.

While you have some personality weaknesses you are generally able to compensate for them.

You have considerable unused capacity that you have not turned to your advantage.

Disciplined and self-controlled on the outside, you tend to be worrisome and insecure on the inside.

At times you have serious doubts as to whether you have made the right decision or done the right thing.

You prefer a certain amount of change and variety and become dissatisfied when hemmed in by restrictions and limitations.

You also pride yourself as an independent thinker, and do not accept other’s statements without satisfactory proof.

But you have found it unwise to be too frank in revealing yourself to others.

At times you are extroverted, affable, and sociable, while at other times you are introverted, wary, and reserved.

Some of your aspirations tend to be rather unrealistic.
